Johnnie Miller
Chief Executive Officer
Hired by UCIP in 2008, Johnnie Miller has 30 years experience working in the insurance industry, with over 25 years service in public entity pooling. He is a certified risk manager, certified insurance counselor, and an associate in risk management for public entities. He is a board member of the Association of Governmental Risk Pools (AGRiP) and member of the County Reinsurance Limited (CRL) Investment and Underwriting Committee.

Aly Michale

Aly was hired by UCIP in 2022. She has over 15 years of experience in office administration, working closely with state agencies. She is the appointed Records Officer, Clerk to the Board of Directors, and facilitator of trainings that the Pool offers to Members.
